Brenda is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional and a lifetime resident of the Kerwood/Strathroy area. Brenda specializes in providing comprehensive plans including investment, insurance, tax planning, retirement and estate planning strategies for success. Brenda has been in the financial services industry since 1983.
Lori began her career with a local trust company in 1995 and since moving to our office in 2000, has continued to broaden her already extensive knowledge in the financial services area. Lori continues to develop her financial knowledge through ongoing participation in courses and seminars. Lori assists the advisors in the office, as clients progress through the unique Flagstone Financial Group Planning Process.
Sherri joined our team in 2009 and is our primary contact for clients investing in GICs, but is also qualified to talk with clients regarding their mutual fund investments, life, disability, and accident insurance. Sherri began her career in financial services with a large Canadian bank in 1977 and continues to advance her knowledge of financial and insurance strategies through ongoing education in these areas.
After 26 years with a local Financial Institution, Marg joined our team in 2005. Marg is a lifetime resident of Strathroy, and is very active in our community with her participation in various sports teams and community committees. Marg is an integral part of our Team, being responsible for processing all client mutual fund orders and is our main contact with many of our Head Office Departments.
We welcomed Debbie to the team in 2017, where after 10 years she left the non-profit sector. Debbie looks after the design and maintenance of our website, and social media sites, as well as newsletters, advertising and client communications. Some functions that Debbie can help you with are scheduling appointments, online access and related inquiries, as well as RSVPs for events and workshops.

OUR HOUSE HISTORY
The Robinson Family lived in this house in the 1920-1930’s. Mr. Robinson was an undertaker/ furniture dealer. At one time there used to be a big drive shed or horse barn at rear of property facing Head Street. This is where the horses were kept for use with the hearse.
The next occupants of the house were Mr & Mrs. Campbell. Mr. Campbell operated a three-chair Barber shop at The Queen’s Hotel, now the site of The Royal Bank down town.
In 1944/45 Mr. Tunks and family bought the house and lived here until the 60’s. Mr. Tunks was the Buttermaker at Strathroy Creamery – corner of Head and Front Streets – now long gone.
In 2000, Sandy & Trevor Kellar bought the property in its unique location to house the new office of The Investment Centre. They spent many hours restoring the woodwork back to its natural finish. Sandy made it a “home away from home” for clients for the next 9 years until she retired in 2009.
Brenda is now the proud owner of the office at 88 Metcalfe Street East and hopes to make it a “home away from home” for her clients.
